The right material for every application

Our materials cover a wide range of supplies, which serves the most diverse requirements.

 

Depending on what you want and the intended use, you can choose from various hardnesses, combinations of hardnesses, colors, layer materials, plates, blanks or milling blocks.

For production with the 3D printer, you will receive the pedFLX filament made of TPU, which has been specially certified for medical devices. Matching the area of application and the insole material, we offer you insole covers made of different materials with different functions.

We recommend this material when considerable deformities have been diagnosed. Proprioceptive stimulation trains the active muscles and stabilises the position of the ankles in their natural position.

Podiatry insoles

Using special insoles, sensors on the feet are specifically stimulated to trigger muscular reactions in the entire musculoskeletal sys-tem. The aim is to balance body statics and dynamics, and to effect a perceptible reduc-tion in pain.

Production of insoles with the most modern means.

The pedFLX filament is a material specially developed for the manufacture of medical devices with skin contact, with which you can 3D print both insoles and lasts with the ⇢ ped3D-FLX2. Apart from the time advantage, there is no waste with 3D printing, since only exactly as much material is used as is required for the insole. Rework on the finished insole is also completely eliminated thanks to this high-precision 3D print.

Our single-layer material is a real all-rounder.

It is available in all possible colors and hardnesses and is therefore suitable for almost every purpose. Depending on the shore hardness, this material can be milled to a thickness of up to 1.5 mm and thus fits into every shoe. This makes our single-layer materials an almost universal milling material for insoles.

Two-layer material

In contrast to our one-layer materials, the two-layer material consists of a base and top layer.

Due to the hard base, it is particularly suitable for milling a 1.5 mm thin insole thickness when using soft insole materials and is therefore suitable for almost every application. This material is also available in different colors and variants.

Three-layer material

This material consists of a hard base layer, a padding layer and a top layer and, like our other materials, is available in various color and hardness combinations. Our three-layer material is also the functional material for use when padding is required.

Our milling blocks are required to be able to use our ⇢ AMS-ECO milling machines or our ⇢ BDI-PCO and BSI-PCO. You can order all of our material and color combinations as milling blocks, which means that our milling blocks can be used for every requirement and are suitable for all areas of application.

Easy to work with our AMS milling blocks

The insole blocks are fixed in a milling box and clamped on the milling table of the AMS machine. The simplest and fastest form of covering - our box solution.

Material thicknesses of up to 50 mm and milling from the top and bottom are possible without adhesive tape.

 

With the help of the barcode solution, the milling files are assigned to the respective boxes. The advantages of this are obvious:

Our plate material enables the punching out of insole blanks and blocks with any positioning. The free positioning allows the available material to be used to the maximum, which reduces material waste and thus reduces costs and increases efficiency.

 

Our standard panel size is 1x1 m, but some materials may only be available as wedge plates (1,5 m x 0,35 m) or strip plates (1,0 x 0,35 m oder 1,0 x 0,50 m). The articles in question are marked accordingly in the catalogue.
